Completely Delete a User Profile in Windows Vista

Option 1: Control Panel – User Accounts – Manage User Accounts – Highlight the appropriate Account and click remove.

Option 2: Navigate to C:\\Users\\ and delete it. Run regedit and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows NT\\CurrentVersion\\ProfileList, highlight a SID in the left pane and you’ll see a reg key in the right pane called ProfileImagePath. Make sure the entry for ProfileImagePath matches the profile folder you deleted previously.
